The Ki No Bi contains 11 botanicals including yuzu, sansho pepper and ginger, grouped by flavour into the 6 Elements, which are macerated and distilled separately, before being blended with Fushimi water. (45.7% ABV)

The Ki No Bi Sei, a powered-up version, with higher alcohol strength and a greater concentration of the same 11 botanicals. (54.5% ABV)

The Ki No Tea, a unique expression bursting with intense aromas and depth of the flavour from the finest tencha and gyokuro, grown in the Uji region of Kyoto. (45.1% ABV)
