Our Notes

We love Brookie's here at Secret Bottle and the Byron Dry is one of the main reasons why. This Australian gin is and ode to the native botanics of the Australian landscape and you're sure can taste them. Whilst it still remains balanced the Brookie's Byron Dry showcases Australia's potential as a Gin heavyweight perfectly.

From the Distillery

Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin is a beautiful Australian interpretation of a classic London Dry Gin.

Brookie's Byron Dry Gin is hand-crafted and distilled with 26 botanical, 18 of which are native botanicals foraged from the heart of the Byron Bay Hinterland. This Dry Gin is a beautifully balanced combination of the finest regional botanicals in a truly classic gin leaving no wonder to the multiple awards on its resume.

A proportion of all Brookie's Gin profits go towards the Big Shrub Land Care Foundation, dedicated to caring for the regeneration of the local rainforest.

Beefeater 24 Gin

Hard to find but worth the hunt. The usual Beefeater taste with a bit more depth and kick. Best G&T going.

Lovely drop.

This pink gin is a lovely drop. Very moreish. In fact, Beefeater flavoured gins are delicious. Try the Blood Orange with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale. I guarantee you’ll love it.
